And so it begins

Two hours after getting the NA8 home the part swapping starts. I told myself that I would keep this one stock. I convinced myself on the 4hr drive home that I was too old for modified cars, and that this one should be kept to concours condition.  Of course, two hours after getting the NA8 home four of us start attacking both the NA6 and the NA8, swapping over pieces and bolting up left...

Text message dialogue post NA8 inspection:

Me: That NA8 is the real deal. Not a mark on its undercarriage. Very minor cosmetic issues - minor shopping trolley dings, and slight wear on the driver's seat. Apart from that, mint.

Babs: So what now? : )

Me: I bought it

Babs: Fuck yeah!
