JDM Interior 101 with Ryan

Ryan, one of our Roadster Life followers down in Melbourne takes a moment to share some of the finer details of his Roadster’s exceptional, Japanese aftermarket interior.

Hey guys, here is the interior in my 94 NA8. It has taken a while for me to get it just the way I like it, and im hoping everyone here will likes it also. Mods include Momo prototipo wheel, Artworks Dewa gauge face, Mazdaspeed pedals, Nakame carpet console, RS products AC face, Voodoo pearl knob with collar, chequered roadster mats, brushed vent rings, and din mounted S2000 starter button with gauges.

Spotlight on Interiors.

This week we decided to do a little series on Roadster interiors, and the many ways owners choose to customise them. For our last post in the series, we have the increasingly popular AWD gauges.

ArtWorks/Dewa, like KG Worksare synonymous with after market gauges for Roadster owners in Japan.

One of those typically boutique firms supplying Roadster owners with parts to lust after, in previous years their output was very small. Initially, AWD never exported their gauges to the rest of the world. Indeed, one of our friends contacted Dewasan on a trip to Japan to order the gauges for his NA6 (above). Insisting that he come to his customer, Dewa-san travelled nearly 2 hours to hand over the gauges personally.

Well, since AWD started supporting the NC, it seems they have ramped up production, and they are now exporting to the rest of the world.

Highly desirable pieces for those wanting to add a little JDM flair to their NA, NB or NC.
